Privacy notice
How Liverpool Osteopathic Physiotherapy Clinic uses the information you give us through this website.
Who we are
Liverpool Osteopathic Physiotherapy Clinic, 225 Longmoor Lane, Aintree, Liverpool L9 0ED, is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us about your data by email at liverpoolosteopathsl9@gmail.com or by phone on 0151 284 5016.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry or contact forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you're interested in, the best time to call, and anything you choose to write in your message. If your message mentions your health, that is special category data, and we only use it to respond to your enquiry. You don't have to include medical details.
If you email us about a job, we collect the CV and details you send.
Why we use it
- To call or email you back about your enquiry and arrange appointments
- To consider job applications
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. For health information you share, the basis is your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who sees it
Only the clinic team. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to the clinic's email inbox, provided by Google. These providers may store data outside the UK, under safeguards that UK data protection law requires. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep website enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you become a patient, in which case your information becomes part of your clinical record and is kept in line with professional guidance. CVs are kept for up to 6 months unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
